Cut Off Times

Our printers work hard to turn your orders around as quickly as possible. If you place your Standard Delivery card order before 3pm, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays) we can say with absolute certainty that it will be dispatched on the same day – yay!

Any Standard Delivery card order placed after 3pm on Friday, or during the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day so please bear this in mind when ordering.

Special Delivery card orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Any Special Delivery card order placed after 3pm on Friday, or during the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that if you've ordered a card and a gift to the same address then these will be sent separately.

Customers who have selected a delayed "send on" date that falls on a non-working day (Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holiday), please be aware that your order will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Drop-Shipped Products

Some of our products are fulfilled and sent to you directly from our partner manufacturer or supplier, instead of via our Scribbler gift warehouse. Therefore, these will be dispatched separately to any other products in your order.

In these cases, please be aware that arrival times and delivery charges will vary, and often there can be an additional processing time for these products in your order. If you have any queries regarding this please Get In Touch with our Customer Service team who will be able to get in touch with the supplier and answer queries regarding this.

Non-Arrival & Refunds

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please don’t hesitate to Get In Touch with us so we can look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible. If the product you have received does not meet your expectations, please also let us know and we will gladly resend or refund incorrect or faulty items.

Scribbler are not liable for any mistakes made on customer entered delivery addresses, but we will do our best to help resolve this situation by amending the address if your order is yet to be dispatched, or offering a resend to an updated delivery address if the order has already been dispatched from us. Please contact us with your order number and full new delivery address to do so.

Card Orders

IN CASE YOU DIDN'T KNOW...

We've made the conscious decision for aesthetic and environmental reasons to print on matte instead of shiny card. These are easier to recycle and kinder to our planet! Cards bought from our online store are printed to order to allow for your personalisations so this is why they may look a little different to the ones sold in our shops.

FYI although we can guarantee a dispatch date, orders are not guaranteed to arrive for a specific date or occasion unless Special/Saturday Delivery is selected.

In Scribbler's bid to stay green, we are proud to state that the packaging we use to post our gifts is completely eco-friendly and recyclable* - yes, even those pesky fill chips! *We recognise that we can always do more, and some exclusions do apply. If your item is fragile we may use bubble wrap for extra protection.

Please note that this only relates to gifts sent directly from Scribbler HQ and not the personalised or made to order products being fulfilled by a partner dropship supplier. Unless the gift you've ordered is personalised or print on demand, it will be personally packed and processed for you by our team here at Scribbler HQ in London.

Sadly, we are not yet able to ship Gift Orders outside the UK but we are working on changing this in the future so keep your eyes peeled!
